Be sure to provide information with your reservation application that you intend to hire party rental items from Carolina Fun Factory to be a part of your party or event. They will ask for a certificate of insurance (COI) from our company so you will need to contact us once your reservation date and time is confirmed to provide contact information at Lee County Parks where we need to send the COI.
Setting up party rental items at a Sanford NC park requires your constant attention from the time your items are dropped off until the time we return to pick up our rental items. For this reason, we must coordinate with each other the exact time that you will be at the park for us to meet you there and the exact time that our crew needs to return to pick up our rental items. Please note that there is an additional charge for this service.

5- Pay your deposit of $50.00 with any major card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
6- You will receive an email with your Order Confirmation. Please read your email and make sure that your order is correct.

The weather is so unpredictable that we oftentimes need to wait until the day before the party to really be able to make a good final decision. In case of thunderstorms or high winds, you may not be able to keep your party rentals, especially if you have reserved inflatables. If weather forces you to cancel your event we will gladly reschedule with you, or hold your deposit as a raincheck in our system, or refund your deposit.
If another unforeseen circumstance arises that causes you to cancel your event then you may reschedule your party rentals for another day or we will hold your deposit as a raincheck in our system.
