Cancellation Procedures - Customer agrees that any cancellation or rescheduling of event date or time MUST occur by calling the CFF office during CFF office hours of 10:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and speaking directly with a representative. Customer understands and agrees that changes to an order can NOT be made by leaving a voicemail, sending a text message, or email. Customer understands and agrees that any voicemail, text message, email, or other forms of communication received AFTER 3:00 p.m. will be stamped as received on the date that CFF staff returns to the office during CFF's normal business hours however the cancellation is NOT recognized until a CFF agent speaks with the customer. Customer understands and agrees that this cancellation procedure is the ONLY way that a cancellation by the customer will be recognized by CFF.
Cancellation due to Weather prior to Delivery Day - CFF cannot ensure appropriate weather conditions for the date of your event. CFF will attempt to communicate with the customer regarding inclement weather concerns to allow ample time to make an informed decision prior to the delivery date. Customer furthermore agrees that he or she has had adequate time to assess the weather situation for the day of their event and make their own informed decision to cancel, postpone or delay the rental in regard to weather considerations PRIOR to the day of delivery. Customer understands that there is no discount given for time lost due to inappropriate weather conditions should the customer elect to keep their delivery date. Customer understands and agrees that CFF reserves the right to cancel any delivery that is deemed 'unsafe' due to weather circumstances. Furthermore, customer understands and agrees that deposits and payments made towards the event are NOT refundable under any circumstance. Customer understands and agrees that a cancellation can be made prior to the delivery date and the deposit will be held in our system as a raincheck for up to 12 months from the date of cancellation.
Cancellation due to Any Other Reason prior to Delivery Day - Carolina Fun Factory allows for a cancellation for Any Other Reason however, deposits are NOT refundable under any circumstance. Customer understands and agrees that a cancellation can be made prior to the delivery date and the deposit will be held in our system as a raincheck for up to 6 months from the date of cancellation.
Cancellation on Delivery Day for ANY Reason - Customer understands and agrees that for orders canceled on the day of delivery but prior to arrival of the delivery team, there is a re-stocking fee of no less than $50.00, or for orders containing multiple inflatables there will be a re-stocking fee of no less than $25.00 PER inflatable and no raincheck will be offered. Customer understands and agrees that once items are delivered to their event location that there is NO OPTION to cancel and the full invoice is required to be paid in full.

A. Listed Prices
Prices listed online include normal grass set-up of inflatables, games, tents, and removal of same. Normal grass set up is defined as an area where inflatables and tents can be staked to the ground.
Any applicable tax, gratuity, damage waivers are NOT included in the listed price.

Our home office is based at 1000 N. Horner Blvd, Sanford, NC which is in Lee County, North Carolina. While we do cover a large delivery area within central North Carolina, we also do have minimum orders for each area. Please visit our Delivery Area page for a complete list of counties and cities that are within our delivery area.
When serving areas outside of our listed delivery area round-trip mileage is calculated based on travel time to your location from ours plus any additional personnel needed to deliver and set up. If you do not see your area listed or are planning an event that may require multiple delivery vehicles or personnel then please call our office Monday through Friday between the hours of 10:00 a.m and 3:00 p.m. or email us at info@carolinafunfactory.com for assistance.
There is an additional charge of $200.00 for deliveries and/or pickups that require an EXACT Time. (Example: Parks and pavilions)
Delivery to residential clients: For private parties scheduled on Saturday, we will often (but not always) deliver on Friday at our convenience. If you are NOT flexible with your delivery day but need a Same-Day delivery/pick up then please know that there is an additional $100.00 charge to cover sending a delivery crew specifically to deliver your rental items.
IMPORTANT: Your party or event MUST actually be held IN the city that you will choose from the drop-down list when placing your order. If it is discovered at any time that your party is not actually located in the city that you have selected from the drop-down list that your order WILL BE CANCELLED without notice and there will be NO REFUND of the deposit. If the city your event is being held in is not listed in the drop-down list, please call to discuss availability and additional delivery fees to serve your area.

We do not offer pick-ups to be scheduled after 8:00 p.m. If you wish to keep your rental past 8:00 p.m. then select "overnight" as your end time and you will automatically roll over into an overnight charge. The overnight charge is 25% of your subtotal.
If you are taking advantage of our Free Flexible Delivery program (and meet the minimum order subtotal for your area) then it is possible that your delivery could be scheduled for the day before your event date. If this happens, then rest assured that you will NOT be charged for the earlier delivery. Also, it is possible that your pick-up time could be scheduled for the day after your actual event date. Again, if this happens you will NOT be charged if CFF chooses to leave your items overnight.

Residential:
You can count on your party rentals being delivered and set up ahead of your party start time. During the busy season, we often have to start deliveries the day before the actual event date to ensure that we get everyone's orders delivered on time. We count on our residential customers being flexible with our delivery teams to allow us to serve everyone with delightful customer service.
Our office staff will send out a text message to residential customers with the delivery day and a 2-hour delivery window. Unless you have selected that you need Same-Day Delivery or a Park Set-Up (additional charges apply)
Delivery drivers will call or text when they are on the way to your location.
Residential customers do NOT have to be at their location for the party rentals to be delivered. However, you must have your contract signed and you must have the spot marked where you want your inflatable or tent to be set up.
Because our deliveries are so time-sensitive and we want to serve all of our valued customers in a timely manner, If your site is not ready (for example you are still mowing your yard, haven't cleaned up dog droppings or toys, need to go get the generator) we will skip you and come back around as time allows. At this point, we are not responsible for any delays in setting up your rental equipment or any delays in your event that may result due to your site not being ready. You will also be subject to a Re-delivery Fee of no less than $50.00.
If your residential location is within a gated community then please make sure that Carolina Fun Factory is listed on the guest list. Carolina Fun Factory is not responsible for any delays in setting up your rental equipment or any delays in your event that may result due to delays entering your gated community due to not being listed on the guest list. You will also be subject to a Re-delivery Fee of no less than $50.00.
Commercial:
You can count on your event rental items being delivered and set up ahead of your event time. We know how long we need to set up the items on your order and will plan our time accordingly.
We will communicate with the point of contact indicated on your invoice the time that our delivery team will arrive at the set-up location.
The event promoter or agent MUST be at the location to meet our delivery team and direct our delivery team where to set up.
Please keep in mind that large orders require an extended set-up time. We will let you know what time we need to be at your location to set up so that your event can start on time.
If your event representative is not on-site to show our delivery team where to set the attractions up then any delay to the start time of your event is NOT the responsibility of Carolina Fun Factory or any of its agents.
All party rentals are available on a first-come, first-served basis. In some cases (eg: end of school, July 4th, back to school, etc.) our attractions are reserved 4 to 6 weeks in advance. You may order online up to 48 hours prior to your party date. Call our office if your party is the next day to check availability. For example, if you have been waiting to see what the weather will do on a Saturday and you wait until Friday to place your order then you will need to call the office at 910-722-2246. Please note that Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays are our busiest days, and phones are checked occasionally for messages or texts. Same-day orders are generally not taken due to our routing already being in place for customers who ordered early.

We have always used cleaners that are CDC approved. We use a multi-step method to ensure our customer's safety.:
1 - We clean each piece of rental equipment (not just inflatables, but all rental equipment such tables and chairs, games, etc) at our warehouse using a vacuum to get all debris out and a CDC-approved cleaner and sanitizer that kills 99.9% of all germs. This has always been our cleaning process.
2- We sanitize again at your location, right in front of you so that you can see that it is being done, and rest assured that measures are taken to control all transmissible viruses including the COVID-19 virus.
Customer safety and confidence are our top priorities! We have ALWAYS been conscientious about cleanliness.

A responsible adult must be assigned to supervise all activities in and around the inflatable unit or games while they are in use.
The adult must know and enforce all safety rules. Safety rules are printed on a placard outside of each inflatable. The renter is responsible for the safety of all participants and the care of the equipment.
If damage occurs due to failure to follow safety rules or negligence (for example: Silly String on the inflatable, drinks, and food inside of the inflatable, oils, and soaps on the water slide, failing to protect the blower during a rain shower) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower, etc which can cost thousands of dollars.
Use of Silly string in one of our inflatables results in a cleaning and damage fee of no less than $200.00.
Applying any product to any inflatable included, but not limited to dish detergent, baby oil, suntan oil, any type of oily substance or product not approved for application on an inflatable will result in a cleaning and damage fee of no less than $200.00

Yes, we can deliver to parks but there are some specific details to keep in mind. Park deliveries require an exact time for coordinating your delivery.

If you do NOT have a power source near the set-up location then yes, you will need a generator.
For private residences, we draw power from your home. We bring extension cords up to 100 feet to reach the power outlet at your home.
If your power outlet exceeds 100 feet then you may need a generator.
You are not required to rent a generator from Carolina Fun Factory if you have your own... however, if your generator is not at the setup location upon our arrival then we will NOT be able to set up your inflatable. We can NOT leave the inflatable and let you set it up later. If your generator fails to operate you are still paying the full amount on your invoice.
Please note: Use of generators is NOT recommended for water slides. Generators must be kept topped off with fuel or they will stop running. If you rent a generator from Carolina Fun Factory then it will come full of fuel and have an approximate 4 hour run time. YOU will be responsible for providing your own unleaded gasoline to re-fill the generator. To re-fill the generator all occupants must be off of the inflatable. The generator must be shut off for re-filling. Once re-filled you may then turn the generator back on and re-inflate the inflatable then once fully inflated you may allow play to resume.
