Our home office is located at 1000 N. Horner Blvd in Sanford right off of US 1 HWY which allows us to serve a large area within central North Carolina. If you do not see your area in the map below then please call our office at 919-292-0843 to discuss your event needs. We are often able to travel to areas a little further out to serve corporate events, fairs, and festivals.

Please note, depending upon the requirements of your event, the Delivery Charge is times the number of delivery vehicles required to bring the rentals to your location. For example, the rock climbing wall, trackless trains.

While we make every effort to serve as many clients as possible, we are unable to serve areas that are not secured such as apartment complexes and trailer parks. Overnight inflatable rentals at a private residence MUST be in a fenced-in location.

It is also your responsibility to communicate with us prior to placing your order if there is anything that could possibly be an issue for setting up at your location such as steep terrain, gates, gym doors with no removable bars, stairs, or steps, retaining walls, etc. We offer a site check at the same charge as what your delivery charge would be for one vehicle to come to your location prior to your reservation to make sure that there will be no problem.

Once your rental items are delivered to your location, if it is determined that it is not possible to set up due to the aforementioned factors then your order will be canceled on the spot and you are still responsible for paying the full amount on the invoice.
