Customer Pick Up is an option for customers who usually do not meet a minimum order requirement for delivery. This is a great option if all you need is a few tables, chairs, concession machines, or games.

Pick up a few extra tables and chairs for your next event and enjoy the convenience of renting from Carolina Fun Factory.
Party Rental Items should be picked up by the person placing the order. You should have a photo I.D. such as a valid driver's license or military I.D. when coming to pick up your party rental items. Your security is important to us and to protect you from someone else renting items under your name we do require you to be present. When you come to pick up your party rental items from our warehouse location we will make a photocopy of your I.D. and also take a picture of the vehicle including the license plate that is used for picking up the rental items. When you return your party rental items you can request the photocopy of the I.D. be given to you. The picture of the vehicle is uploaded into our system into your order and is never shared anywhere else.
Party Rental items available for customer pickup are tables and chairs, concession machines, and a few of our smaller inflatable blow ups. Tables and chairs are heavy-duty but lightweight items so you will need to consider this when planning on picking up tables and chairs from our warehouse. Tables are either round 60-inch diameter tables, 8-foot long rectangular tables, 6-foot long rectangular tables, or the popular cocktail tables which do come apart for easy transport. You will need to plan on securing these items in your vehicle or on your trailer.
The warehouse is open daily Monday through Friday between the hours of 10:00 am and 2:00 pm for customer pick-ups. Items must be returned by 12:00 pm on your scheduled return day to avoid any additional charges.

A mandatory 5% Damage Waiver is automatically included on all Customer Pick Up orders.
NC State Sales tax of 7% is added to all orders.
If you wish to tip the warehouse team that assists you with loading and unloading you may do that upon arrival to our warehouse location.

Depending upon the items that you are picking up you will need a good-sized SUV, pickup truck, van, or pull a trailer.
An 8-foot table will not fit in a 6-foot pickup truck bed. A bounce house will not fit in the trunk of your car.
You must provide your own ratchet straps to hold the items in place. You will not be allowed to leave the warehouse with your rental items if they are not properly secured within your transport vehicle.
Carolina Fun Factory is NOT RESPONSIBLE for rental items that become displaced during transport in your vehicle and subsequently strike another vehicle!

If you meet the minimum order for your area then we do offer Delivery options. There is also a larger array of items that are eligible for delivery. Delivery is the best option to insure that items are set up properly.
Even if your order does not meet the minimum on its own for delivery you may opt to pay the "gap" to have your item delivered and picked up. The "gap" fee is the difference between subtotal of the items in your cart and the minimum order for your delivery address.
For example: If you are wanting an item that is a subtotal of $99.99 but the minimum to deliver to your area is $250.00 then you can opt to pay the "gap" of $150.01, in addition to a damage waiver and sales tax, and we will be happy to deliver your item to you and pick up.

Yes. We do not staff the office on Saturdays or Sundays and must call in a team member for special requests. If you must return on Saturday or Sunday then you will be billed separately $100.00 which must be paid before you pick your items up from the warehouse.
Yes. Items returned after 12:00 pm on Monday are billed as an additional day rental at 50% of the original invoice. Each consecutive day is billed at 50%.
Yes. We do offer either printed instructions or video instructions for most of our items that customers pick up.
